Radiator Caps are designed to pressurise the cooling system of your vehicle and prevent Coolant loss. It is vital that the correct Radiator Cap is fitted to your vehicle, as different Radiator Caps maintain your cooling system at different pressures, altering the boiling point of the coolant. CPC recommend that you have the Radiator Cap on your vehicle changed every two years to keep your cooling system working at its optimum.
CPC offer a large range of standard and Lever Release Caps as well as Performance Radiator Caps ranging from Coloured Radiator Caps to the Thermocap, which includes a Temperature Gauge. Please check the Vehicle Application Guide to find the correct Radiator Cap for your vehicle.
Fuel Caps are designed to seal your vehicle's fuel system to help prevent evaporation as well as contamination. There are two types of Fuel Caps, Vented and Non Vented. Vented Fuel Caps maintain pressure in the fuel system, particularly in vehicles made after 1985. The pressure is maintained by a special valve in the Fuel Cap that can also release pressure if it is too high.
Non Vented Fuel Caps maintain pressure, they do not release it. CPC offer the largest range of both Non Locking and Locking Fuel Caps. Please check the Vehicle Application Guide to find the correct Fuel Cap for your vehicle.
Oil Caps are designed to seal the opening in your engine that is used for filling or topping up your engine with oil. Oil Caps should be replaced when they start showing signs of wear and tear or when they are no longer sealing properly and are allowing oil to seep from the opening.

Thermostats are a temperature control valve that opens and close at a particular temperature once the engine has reached its operating temperature, allowing coolant to flow from the engine to the radiator. CPC offer a wide range of Thermostats ranging from Standard to High Flow as well as Gaskets and Seals for the thermostat housing.

Coolant Temperature Sensors
Coolant Temperature Sensors are designed to measure the temperature of the coolant in your engine, sending signals to the ECU so that the ECU can maintain optimum running conditions. Please contact CPC for the correct application for your vehicle.
Cooling System Pressure Tester
The CPC Cooling System Pressure Tester allows you to test both the radiator caps and the vehicle's cooling system. This helps to diagnose leaks from head gaskets, radiators, heater cores, welch plugs, water pumps and hoses as well as testing the pressure of the radiator cap. CPC also offer a wide range of adaptors to suit the Cooling System Pressure Tester.
Water Temperature Senders
Water Temperature Senders are designed to measure the temperature of the coolant in your engine sending signals to the light or gauge on your dash. Please contact CPC for the correct application for your vehicle.
Oil Pressure Switches
Oil Pressure Switches are designed to measure the oil pressure in the engine of your vehicle. They cause the light on your dash to illuminate when the oil pressure in your engine is too low. Please contact CPC for the correct application for your vehicle.
Fuel System Valves
CPC manufacture a large range of Fuel System Valves for vehicles, with many different features. Fuel Roll Over Valves are designed to prevent fuel from being released from the fuel tank in the event of an accident where the vehicle is left positioned at an angle or has over turned. Fuel Limiting Vent Valves (FLVV) are found inside the fuel tank of some vehicles where the fuel tank has been designed to fit the contours of the vehicle's underbody and hence have high and low points.
The FLVV keeps fuel at equilibrium between these points. Inlet Check Valves are positioned on the fuel filler inlet pipe where it enters the fuel tank. They are designed to prevent splashback when refuelling your vehicle.
Welch Plugs are mostly found on the engine block or on the cylinder head of your vehicle. The block and head are usually made by a sand casting process and holes are left in the block or head to facilitate the removal of the sand after casting. Welch Plugs are designed to fill these holes. CPC have a large range of Dome and Cup Welch Plugs and are sure to have the size that you need.
